Even more important than that, I was introduced to a photographer today that inspired me, as well as a link they had on their site that encouraged me, so i want to pass it on to you today.  Everything we do in life is about pointing our lives toward our creator, God and the way we are suppose to live our lives for Him.  Not that we are all suppose to be preachers or ministers or work in a church, but we can do everything we do like we are doing it for Christ, even if we make frames and how we handle our business interactions.  So check out www.lisaghost.org

Well, our move from North Carolina to Oklahoma has started.  The whole thing should be completed by April 12th.  Does that mean everything will be out of the boxes?  Hardly!  Work has started on the house, the studio and creative dragonfly’s work shop.  We have a lot of work ahead of us, but we are so excited to get started making frames in our new space.  I will get some pictures on here soon!

Starting Monday, we will be moving our business to Oklahoma!  Having been a military spouse for the last 20 years and being all over the map, we are moving back “home”…..my husband has retired from the navy and we will be living near family, something we have not done since we left home for college!

Frame making will only take a halt for 1 week.  So if you have an order in, are getting ready to put one in, never fear, go ahead and do it.  Production MAY take 3 weeks but no longer than that.  If we run into issues, and we all know they can, =), then we would give you a call and work with you. Thanks for being patient!  We love making frames for you!!!

Some you will have noticed, and figured it out already, but for those of you who haven’t, we have a new set up on our site! Now when you come to Creative Dragonfly, you can look around all you want  and there will be no prices until you log on. Once you have logged on (in the upper right hand corner-it’s green), you will see our wholesale prices.

One request we have recently had is to add narrower frames. So we thought that sounded fair enough! Within the next month, those will be available in 1 ½” and 2″. Some more samples need to be made before we can offer them with full confidence!

Another idea was to do the wavy trim pointing to the inside instead of out. Another twist is in the mix but you will have to wait and SEE how this one looks! It’s clever, and an idea from a fan!

Last idea is for traveling sales. This will make your frame kit smaller, lighter and will include every color and trim style. Awesome? We think so!  Wait till you see it =).  But probably not for a couple of months, as it’s in the development stages.  But nothing beats a real wood frame corner to handle!
