How they come-
Our frames come open back. They are completely assembled, and do not include glass or backing. Backing may be added to your order separately and glass may also be added to your order separately. Glass can be picked up at your local art or hardware store also.
We package our frames very carefully and they are all individually wrapped for safe delivery.
If you want to figure up a price for a frame that you do not see on our site, add up the united inches (example: a 5x7 is 5+5+7+7)
and multiply by 2.1 and you will get the retail price.
Shipping damages-
Creative Dragonfly makes every effort to pack your frame so that arrives to you in perfect condition. We encourage you to open and inspect your frames as soon as they arrive.
- You have 7 days to report any damages due to shipping. After 7 days all sales are final.
-You will want to keep all packaging and packing so that if your frame is damaged, you will have to have all of it to claim damages with the shipping carrier and to get a frame replacement. Call us as soon as possible and we will make arrangements for your frames return trip back to the creative dragonfly. We will also immediately begin on your replacement and get it to you as quick as possible!
Returns & refunds-
-We want you to be totally satisfied. Because each frame is custom made, we will allow returns if you are not happy with our product; however you must repack your frame the way it came to you in its original packing and pay for shipping and insurance back to creative dragonfly.
- Creative dragonfly has a 30 day warranty against any defects that may have occurred during creation. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear of the product. We will pay for shipping if the problem originates with us. You will pay for it if you change your mind!
-Leaning your frame on a ledge must be done carefully. Both top and bottom edges must be square to the wall or warping may occure. Creative Dragonfly cannot be responsible for warping unless this happens while hanging with propper hardware, however we have not seen this happen!
Privacy Notice
-We will strive to protect your privacy. We will not share your personal information with third parties. We will use your information for processing purchases made in the store and for sending you periodic updates or information about the site if you request. We do not store your credit card details on this site and your information is kept secure.
International shipping is based on destination, weight and size of package and will be determined per order. You will need to inquire about the shipping costs to your particular international destination before ordering. You are liable for all shipping charges.
